Where can I buy your products?
Our products can only be purchased direct from us. Products can be be ordered on this internet site, or by phone, fax or email.
Do I need to have an Account?
You can apply for a Credit Account by contacting Jeanette Rae. This is best done by phone or email.
What are my payment options?
If you have a credit account, we supply on 30 day payment terms. You may also pay by American Express, Visa, MasterCard, or EFTPOS.
Do you have special prices for Re-Sellers?
We offer special prices for Re-Sellers. Please contact our sales office by phone for details. The prices shown on this internet site are are our end user prices.
Name Tags
Can you print my name tags for me, and how long does it take?
We can you print your name tags for you. For quantities up to 1,000 we need 24 hours to produce. For larger quantities, 48 hours is required.
Can I buy the holders and print my own?
If you want to save money, you can buy the holders and inserts and print your own.
Can you print the graphics and I print the names?
Another option is for us to print the colour graphics and you print the delegate names.
What type of graphic and data files do you accept?
The graphic files we need for your printed logos should be at least 300 dpi, and no smaller than the final print size. For example, a 300 dpi file that has a pixel height of 600 pixels will print 2 inches (50mm) high. We accept JPG, TIF, BMP, AI or EPS files in IBM format - we cannot accept MacIntosh files. The data files we need can be Microsoft Excel, Word or Text files.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Our minimum name tag order quantity is 20 tags. Of course, we will print smaller quantities when we print late delegate registrations for you.
Is there a Name Tag Artwork/Setup Fee?
We charge $50.00 setup + GST for Artwork/Setup of Name Tag jobs.
Lanyards
What is a Lanyard?
A Lanyard is a length of rope or fabric worn around the neck attached to a name tag or photo ID badge. When printed, it can be used as a promotional tool.
What choice of fabrics is available?
Lanyards are available in a wide range of fabrics, including, cord, silk, webbing, polyester, silicon, cotton, bamboo, PET etc.
What does "full colour lanyard printing" printing mean?
Full colour lanyard printing is achieved by using heat transfer sublimation. High quality detail is achieved, but absolute colour accuracy cannot be guaranteed
What does "screen printed" mean?
Screen printed lanyards are printed one colour at a time. Full colour is unavailable. Screen printing works best when the print colour and the fabric colour have a high contrast; for example black on white.
What does "woven" mean?
A woven lanyard is when the graphic design is woven (using fabric) into the base fabric.
What is your smallest lanyard order quantity?
The smallest lanyard order we accept is 20 Unprinted and 50 Custom Printed. Woven lanyards available for a minimum order of 500 units
Can I have my choice of fittings?
You can choose the fittngs you want on your lanyard, and you can choose more than one fitting; for example break-a-way fitting with a swivel hook.

How long does it take to deliver my order?
Unprinted stock Lanyards are generally dispatched on the same day. Our standard dispatch time for 1000 lanyards or less printed in Australia is 10 working days. Overseas orders take approximately 3 weeks subject to quantity.
Is there a Lanyard Artwork/Setup Fee?
We charge $75 for setup of orders up to 500 units. 500 or more units have no art or setup fee.
Satchels
What lead time is required for Un-printed satchels?
Unprinted satchels are delivered within 7 days stock permitting
What lead time is required for Printed satchels?
Printed satchels are delivered within 3 weeks stock permitting
What is the minimum order?
A minimum order of 50 units applies to both unprinted and printed satchels.

Shipping and Handling
How much is the freight
Melbourne Metro:
Our standard charge for shipping via overnight courier service is $10.
Victorian Country & Interstate:
Our standard charge for shipping is $13 for orders under $150 and $20 for orders above $150 via ROAD.
Note:
We have calculated these charges based on freight cost averages accumulated over the years however, whilst we will endeavor to maintain these shipping costs, we do reserve the right to ALTER the freight cost if the actual freight cost is more than twice the stated charge. Naturally we will contact you with the revised cost to obtain your authority for the extra charge before processing your order.
Orders for stock items must be placed before 2pm for same day shipment. Expedited freight or shipment to international addresses can be arranged for an extra cost by calling the office on 1800 240 366. We recommend AIR FREIGHT for any time critical shipments eg. Name tags for a conference.
We ship all goods via courier thus you must be available to take delivery. If the courier is unable to deliver you will be charged additional freight charges for it to be returned to us and resent. We can use Australia Post BUT we will not take responsibility for any lost goods.
Returns Policy
Under the Trade Practices Act 1974, Ezitag Systems Pty Ltd will allow a full refund or credit if the goods sold:
- Are or become defective through no fault of the buyer. (subject to a fair passage of time)
- Have defects that were not obvious or that Ezitag Systems Pty Ltd did not bring to your attention.
A full credit or refund will not be given on goods ordered in excess of your requirements. If you have ordered the wrong thing we will give you a refund provided the goods are still in their original packaging, undamaged and returned to us with in 14 days of the invoice date. We reserve the right to charge a 10% restocking fee. Freight charged on the outgoing order WILL NOT be refunded.
If returning goods under any condition you must contact our office to obtain a "goods return credit request" which must accompany the goods being returned.
We will NOT accept returns on goods made to order at anytime.
